Marjoram is useful when it comes to period pains. It can quickly relieve the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.
Massage a small amount of the following blend over your abdomen and back. This is especially helpful if used before bedtime.
- 30 ml grapeseed or sweet almond oil
- 10 drops marjoram essential oil
- 5 drops geranium essential oil

Try preventing some of the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome before it starts. 14 days to a week before your period is due, massage the stomach each day with a little of the following oil.
- 30 ml grapeseed or sweet almond oil
- 5 drops marjoram essential oil
- 3 drops lavender essential oil
- 2 drops geranium essential oil
- 4 drops bergamot essential oil
Marjoram PMS Bath Oil
Every evening soak in a warm bath to which you’ve added these:
- 2 drops geranium essential oil
- 2 drops marjoram essential oil
