• 50 ml unperfumed base shower gel
• 2 drops ginger essential oil
• 1 drop cardamom or black pepper essential oil
• 4 drops bergamot essential oil
• 2 drops lime or lemon essential oil
• 4 drops jasmine absolute
• 3 drops geranium essential oil
• 1 drop vetivert essential oil

Add the essential oils to the shower gel and stir until thoroughly mixed. Pour some onto a sponge or loofah and massage over your body, avoiding the more sensitive skin of your face.
